You already run your home with an assistant. Give it ZenHome.

If ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is already where you keep your to-do list and plan your weekends, connect ZenHome once. Then “what’s happening with my bathroom” gets a real answer, and “get someone out to look at it” actually gets someone out.

What changes

Same assistant. Now it can see your project and do something about it.

It reads your project, not the internet

Status, schedule, photos, and messages come from your ZenHome account. Not a guess about what remodels usually look like.

It knows the house

Year built, systems, permit history. Planning starts from your property instead of a generic checklist.

It can act, with your say-so

Start a project, request a visit, add photos, message the team. Each one shows you what it’s about to do first.

It’s only ever your home

The connection is scoped to your account. Your assistant can’t see another customer, and it can’t pay for anything or change your account.

What it looks like

Three conversations, start to finish.

These are the kinds of exchanges the connection is built for. The gray notes under each reply say what ZenHome did. Notice the pattern: it reads freely, and it asks before it acts.

Sunday night: “what’s happening with my bathroom?”

Existing project
  1. Where’s my bathroom remodel at? And is someone coming this week?
  2. Your bathroom is in progress. Tile went in Thursday; the vanity install is next. Marco is scheduled Wednesday 8am to noon. There’s one open item: the team is waiting on your grout color pick.

ZenHome: Read your project status, the schedule, and the open items.

  3. Go with the light gray. Tell them.
  4. Here’s the message I’ll send your project team: “Grout color: light gray. Go ahead.” Send it?

ZenHome: Drafted the message and stopped for your OK.

  5. Yes.
  6. Sent. It’s on your project thread, and a team member will confirm.

ZenHome: Delivered the message to your team; a person reads it before anything changes.

Planning a kitchen from the house you actually have

New project
  1. I want to open up the wall between my kitchen and dining room. 1920s house in Providence. Realistic?
  2. Your house was built in 1924 with a full basement and a permit on file for electrical work in 2019, nothing structural. A wall between kitchen and dining in a house this age is often load-bearing, so plan on a beam and a structural check. The cost swings mostly on the beam, whether electrical has to move, and finishes; I can frame a range once we know those, and ZenHome gives you a firm number before any work starts.

ZenHome: Looked up your property: year built, systems, permit history.

  3. OK, let’s get someone out to look.
  4. I’ll start a project called “Open kitchen to dining, 1924 house” on your ZenHome account and request a walkthrough for a weekday morning. Go ahead?

ZenHome: Proposed the project and the visit; waits for you.

  5. Go ahead.
  6. Done. The project is open and a walkthrough is requested. The team will text you to confirm a time.

ZenHome: Created the project as a lead and requested the visit. Nothing is priced or booked until a person confirms.

Sending the leak photos without opening another app

Photos
  1. [three photos] This is the leak under the kitchen sink. Add them to my plumbing project and ask if it can wait until Thursday.
  2. I’ll attach the three photos to “Kitchen sink leak” and send: “Photos of the leak attached. Can this wait until Thursday’s visit, or should someone come sooner?” OK?

ZenHome: Found the project, prepared the photos and the message.

  3. OK.
  4. Photos are on the project and your question is with the team.

ZenHome: Attached the photos and delivered the message for a team member to answer.

No connector needed

Your assistant can also just text or call us.

If your assistant can send texts or make calls for you (Instinct, Meta Muse, and others can), it can reach ZenHome the same way you would. One number. A text lands with the team, gets linked to your home and your project, and a person replies from that same number, 8am to 8pm Eastern. Calls ring the team during those hours; after hours, leave a voicemail and it’s picked up first thing.

Text or call
401-407-5678

Have it include

  • Your name and the address. We match texts to the home on file. A new address starts a new project for you.
  • The best number to reach you. If your assistant texts from its own number, we need yours to text you back.
  • What’s going on, in a sentence or two. “Kitchen faucet dripping under the sink since Tuesday” beats “plumbing issue.”
  • When works for a visit. Mornings, after 4pm, weekends. We confirm the actual slot with you.

Say something like this to your assistant

Report a problem

Text ZenHome at 401-407-5678: “Hi, this is [your name] at [your address]. The kitchen faucet has been dripping under the sink since Tuesday. Best number for me is [your number]. Weekday mornings work for a visit.”

Check on a project

Text ZenHome at 401-407-5678 and ask for the status of the bathroom remodel at [your address] for [your name], and whether Thursday’s visit is still on. Read me the reply when it comes in.

Call about something urgent

Call ZenHome at 401-407-5678. Tell them [your name] at [your address] has water coming through the ceiling under the upstairs bathroom, and ask how soon someone can come. My number is [your number].

Texting reaches the team faster than a call and gives you a written record. The connector above is still the better fit when you want to plan a project or read your own status without waiting on a reply.

Connect once · about a minute

Add ZenHome to the assistant you already use.

No app to install and no password to make up. You sign in with the phone number on your ZenHome account and a 6-digit code we text you. Don’t have an account yet? Start here, then come back.

  1. 1

    Start on a computer

Use the Claude desktop app or claude.ai in a browser. The Claude phone app can’t add a new connector yet — once it’s set up here it shows up on your phone by itself.

  2. 2

    Add ZenHome

Open Connectors, click the + (or “Browse”) in the top right, choose “Add custom connector,” and paste the address below. It won’t be in the list already — ZenHome is a custom connector, so you add it by address.

    Open Claude’s connectors
  3. 3

    Sign in with your phone

Claude hands you to ZenHome to approve. No password — just the phone number on your account and a 6-digit text code.

  4. 4

    Ask your first question

Back in Claude, ZenHome shows as connected. Ask it to plan a project or check on one.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner enables it once for everyone — add it org-wide. Everyone still signs in as themselves.
