Are you a service professional interested in joining the ZenHome network? We have a separate agreement for our service providers.

To access ZenHome services, you need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- •Notify ZenHome immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Billing & Refunds
ZenHome handles all payments to service professionals. We only release payment after you confirm the work has been completed satisfactorily.
You receive and approve a detailed quote for your bathroom renovation
ZenHome collects a deposit (typically 30-50% for larger projects)
The service professional completes the work according to the agreed scope
You review and approve the completed work
ZenHome releases the final payment to the service professional
Refund Policy:
ZenHome is not able to refund deposits or any amounts already paid to service professionals. However, ZenHome will do its best to make things right on a case-by-case basis if issues arise with service delivery.
Service Provider Selection
ZenHome carefully vets service professionals in our network to ensure quality and reliability. We match you with professionals based on your project requirements and their qualifications.

- •Respond promptly to communications regarding scheduled services, quotes, and project details
- •Provide service professionals with reasonable access to your property as required
- •Pay for completed services according to the agreed-upon terms
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the work performed, notify us immediately. We'll work with the service professional to address your concerns or find another professional to complete the job properly.

Intellectual Property
