We work the other way around: tell us what is wrong, we fix that, and membership is what you keep if you liked how it went. The crews doing the work run on our schedule, under our playbook and our guarantee, so nothing about your house gets handed off to a stranger.

There are two prices for almost everything in a house: the one on the shelf, and the one the trades pay. The gap isn't small, and you usually can't get across it on your own.
We're across it already. Between project work and maintenance crews, we buy materials constantly. Membership means you buy through our accounts and our relationships, at the pricing we've earned.
The move is simple. Before you buy anything substantial for the house (an appliance, flooring, fixtures, a vanity), text us what you're looking at. We'll come back with what it costs through us.

Being straight about it
- We don't have special pricing on everything. Some retailers don't do trade programs, and we'll say so instead of pretending.
- This isn't a coupon feed. It's the pricing we get as a contractor, and it mostly applies to things that get installed in a house.
- Returns follow the supplier's rules. We'll tell you what they are before you commit.

Can I use it for a DIY project?
Yes. If you're doing the work yourself, you can still buy the materials through us.
What kinds of things does it cover?
Appliances, flooring, tile, fixtures, lumber, paint: the stuff that goes into a house. If you're not sure, ask. The answer costs nothing.
