The pile by the door, gone
Returns and donation runs are included in membership. Leave it on the porch and consider it done.
Or start right here: what needs fixing?
Real photo to come
A front porch in morning light with two or three labeled return boxes and a donation bag set out. No people, no legible house number.
Your problem first. The membership can wait.
Most home memberships want a subscription before anyone has touched your house. We work the other way around: tell us what is wrong, we fix that, and membership is what you keep if you liked how it went. The crews doing the work run on our schedule, under our playbook and our guarantee, so nothing about your house gets handed off to a stranger.
If the pile by the door is your biggest problem, that's a fine place to start.
Tell us the problem
A text, a photo, or the chat above. Whatever is easiest.
We fix that first
No membership required for the first job. A price before work starts.
Keep us if you want
If you liked how it went, membership keeps the same team on your house.
Every house has the pile. The return you've re-taped twice, the bag for the donation center that's been riding around in your trunk, the box that needs to go back to who-knows-where. It's never urgent, so it never leaves.
So we added a pickup day. On your week's pickup, whatever's on the porch goes: returns to the right carrier, donations to a local charity shop, and you get a photo when it's dropped off.
It sounds small. It is small. That's the point: membership should clear the small stuff automatically, so your list stays short and your trunk stays empty.
What you get
Weekly pickup
One standing pickup day. Anything labeled and on the porch goes.
Any carrier
UPS, FedEx, USPS, or an Amazon drop-off point. We sort out where each box needs to go.
Donation runs
Clothes, books, and household goods go to a local donation center, with a receipt when the center provides one.
Proof it happened
You get a photo confirmation for each drop-off. No wondering whether the return made it.
How it works
Set it out
Put returns, with their label or QR code, and donation bags on the porch before your pickup day.
We make the rounds
We collect, sort by destination, and make the drop-offs.
You get confirmation
A photo per drop-off, the same day.
A few ground rules
- Furniture and appliances need a heads-up first, so we bring the right vehicle and the right number of hands.
- We can't take hazardous items: paint, chemicals, propane tanks, or batteries in bulk. We'll point you to the right disposal instead.
- If a return still needs a box or a label, tell us before pickup day. We'll help, but we need to know ahead of time.
Questions people ask
What if I miss the pickup?
It rolls to the next one, or text us and we'll see what we can do that week.
Do you handle incoming packages too?
If you're away and boxes are stacking up, tell us. We can bring them in on a scheduled visit.
Is there a limit?
Within reason, no. If you're clearing out a whole garage, that's a project, and we'll price it as one. We're happy to.
