The list of little things, gone
Membership includes handyman time every month. Batch the small jobs into one visit, and unused time rolls over.
Or start right here: what needs fixing?

Your problem first. The membership can wait.
Most home memberships want a subscription before anyone has touched your house. We work the other way around: tell us what is wrong, we fix that, and membership is what you keep if you liked how it went. The crews doing the work run on our schedule, under our playbook and our guarantee, so nothing about your house gets handed off to a stranger.
Most people meet us through one annoying fix. The list comes later.
Tell us the problem
A text, a photo, or the chat above. Whatever is easiest.
We fix that first
No membership required for the first job. A price before work starts.
Keep us if you want
If you liked how it went, membership keeps the same team on your house.
Every house has the list: the door that sticks, the towel bar that never got mounted, the outlet cover that's been missing since you moved in. None of it is worth a service call on its own, so none of it gets done.
So we built the time in. Your membership comes with handyman hours every month. Keep a running list in a text thread with us, and when there's enough on it, we send someone to knock the whole thing out in one visit.
If a month goes by and you don't use your time, it rolls over. Homes don't break on a schedule, so the hours shouldn't expire on one.
What you get
Monthly handyman hours
Included in your membership, with rollover when you don't use them.
Crews we know
The people who show up do this work for us every week, most of them through Stonelink Maintenance, a partner that has run maintenance crews for 23 years.
One visit, many fixes
We batch your list so a single visit clears it, instead of five separate service calls.
A clear line to bigger work
If something on your list is bigger than handyman work, we stop and price it properly first. You'll never get surprise hours billed.
How it works
Keep the list
Text things to 401-407-5678 as you notice them. "Add the wobbly fan to the list" is a complete request.
We schedule the visit
When the list is worth a trip, we find a time that works and confirm what we're fixing.
It gets done
One visit clears the list, and every fix is covered by our workmanship guarantee.
Where handyman time ends
- Big projects are their own jobs. Rewiring, plumbing rough-in, and anything structural gets scoped and priced separately, before anyone touches it.
- It isn't use-it-or-lose-it. Unused time rolls over to the next month.
- You won't get a different stranger each visit. The crews repeat, and they get to know your house.
Questions people ask
How many hours do I get?
It depends on your plan. We confirm your monthly time when you join, and you can see your balance any time by asking us.
What counts as a handyman job?
A good rule: if it takes tools but not permits, it's probably handyman work. Mounting, patching, adjusting, and swapping fixtures and hardware all qualify. When something crosses into licensed trade territory, we price it as its own job before anyone starts.
What if the visit runs long?
We tell you before, not after. You decide whether to use banked time or hold the rest of the list for next month.
