Delete Your ZenHome Account

Applies to ZenHome on the web and the Zenlink mobile app.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Zenlink app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete account
4. Type DELETE to confirm

Deletion takes effect immediately — you'll be signed out and your personal data is removed right away.

Or ask us to do it

Email hello@zenhome.ai from the email on your account, or text us at 401-407-5678 from your account's phone number, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Photos you uploaded and chat messages & attachments
• Walkthrough recordings (video, audio, and transcripts)
• Your pro network application, if you submitted one
• Your sign-in credentials — the same phone number or email can create a fresh account later

What we keep

Records of completed, invoiced work (project records, invoices, and payment records) are retained without your personal details, as required for financial and legal record-keeping.
