Maintenance Technician

About the role

StoneLink Maintenance is hiring a maintenance technician who can handle a broad range of jobs across our residential and commercial property portfolio. Light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting, appliance work — if you're a real jack-of-all-trades who likes variety and customer-facing work, we want to talk.

Schedule

Full-time year-round. 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call coverage.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair issues across residential and commercial properties
• Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, drain clearing, water heaters)
• Light electrical (outlets, fixtures, switches under 240V)
• Drywall patches, painting, basic carpentry
• Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
• Communicate clearly with property managers and tenants on every job

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of general maintenance, handyman, or trades experience
• Driver's license required and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and access tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
• Comfortable with customer-facing work — you'll meet tenants and explain the work
• Authorized to work in the US
